A 994 mb low moving north through the Bering Sea produced local blizzard conditions around the Kuskokwim Delta. Visibilities of 1/4 mile or less were reported around Hooper Bay, with 3/4 mile visibilities observed at Mekoryuk (on Nunivak Island). Blizzard conditions were very localized and not widespread.
