OF SOUTH CENTRAL TEXAS WITH EAST AND SOUTHEAST WINDS PREVAILING.
DUE TO THE STORM ACTIVITY ALONG THE COAST RESTRICTING INFLOW OF
MOISTURE INTO THE CENTRAL TEXAS REGION...HAVE DECREASED POPS FOR
TODAY. LOOK FOR MORNING SHOWERS WITH A FEW THUNDERSTORMS AND THEN
DECREASING POPS IN THE AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT.
UPPER LEVEL LOW CENTERED OVER WEST TEXAS/NEW MEXICO WILL LIFT
NORTHEAST TODAY AND THIS WILL DECREASE THE CLOUDINESS AND CHANCE OF
PRECIP.
WILL CONTINUE THE FLASH FLOOD WATCH AS ANY RAIN WILL WORSEN THE
