NOT MUCH TIME THIS MORNING AS MAJOR FLOOD/RIVER FLOOD EVENT
CONTINUES ACROSS MAJORITY OF THE CWFA THIS MORNING.  AS S/W CONTS
TO SWING EWRD THIS MORNING LRG AREA OF CONVECTION WILL ADVANCE
TOWARDS THE COAST.  RAINFALL FROM THURSDAY NIGHT WAS 8-10 INCHES IN
MANY NORTHERN AREAS AND ADDITIONAL RAINFALL WILL OCCUR TODAY..MAINLY
EASTERN SECT THIS MORNING THEN LATER THIS AFTERNOON OUT WEST.
ALREADY SEEING ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT ACROSS WRN TX WITH ANOTHER S/W
DROPPING SE.  PWATS AT 2.50+ FROM 00Z SOUNDING AND FCST TO REMAIN
ABOVE 2 INCHES INTO SATURDAY THEN A SLOW DECREASE.  WITH LLJ AND
UPPER TROF FCST TO BE A PLAYER THROUGH TONIGHT WILL CONTINUE THE
FLASH FLOOD WATCH THROUGH TONIGHT.  UPPER LEVEL DIFLUENCE AND GOOD
MOISTURE CONVERGENCE WILL ALSO AID IN PRODUCTION OF RAINFALL.

CONVECTION HEADING EAST THIS MORNING NOW SHOWING SIGNS OF BECOMING
SEVERE WITH BOW FEATURE NOTED IN REFLECTIVITY DATA. DEWPTS AHEAD OF
THIS LINE REMAIN IN THE UPPER 70S TO NEAR 80 THIS MORNING.

TEMPS CONT TO BE HELD DOWN..DUE TO CLOUDS AND PCPN.  THIS TREND WILL
CONT.  WINDS REMAIN SELY.

MARINE...PRESS GRADIENT/LLJ STRONGER THIS MORNING THAN EXPECTED.
WILL BUMP WINDS UP A NOTCH TO SCEC BAYS...SCA WATERS.  LINE OF
SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS APCHG THE COAST WILL EXIT BY MID MORNING
LEAVING SUBSIDENCE IN ITS WAKE DURING THE AFTN. NXT S/W WILL MOVE IN
LATER THIS AFTN WITH PRECIP CONFINED MAINLY OVER LAND AND THE BAYS.
GIVEN CURRENT CONVECTIVE ATMOSPHERE WILL NOT MAKE ANY CHANGES TO THE
EXTENDED.
