Average rainfall was between 1 and 2 inches, with isolated totals over 4 inches. The rainfall maximum was located just southwest of Seguin. Across the three counties, sheriff's departments reported widespread flash flooding of low county roads and low water crossings. Numerous cars were reported to have washed into area creeks.
