THE ATMOSPHERE BECOMES VERY UNSTABLE FROM THE CASCADES EAST BETWEEN 18Z-21Z. EXPECT SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS TO DEVELOP OVER THE CASCADES AND CENTRAL OREGON LATE MORNING/EARLY AFTERNOON...THEN TRACK NORTHEAST OVER OREGON DURING THE AFTERNOON AND EVENING.
