EASTERLY UPSLOPE FLOW IN THE ABOVE MENTIONED AREAS HAS PRODUCED SOME
IMPRESSIVE SNOWFALL RATES THIS EVENING. THE HARDEST HIT AREA HAS BEEN
NEAR CRESCENT WHERE SPOTTERS HAVE REPORTED 5-6 INCHES OF NEW SNOW
FROM 3PM TO 8PM. AMOUNTS TO THE SOUTH HAVE BEEN SIGNIFICANTLY LOWER
WITH A SPOTTER NEAR CHILOQUIN REPORTING 1 INCH SINCE 3PM. EASTERLY
UPSLOPE FLOW WILL CONTINUE TONIGHT INTO EARLY TOMORROW MORNING
SUSTAINING PERIODS OF MODERATE TO HEAVY SNOWFALL FOR NORTHERN KLAMATH
COUNTY AND THE SOUTH CENTRAL OREGON CASCADES. WE WILL ISSUE A HEAVY
SNOW WARNING FOR NORTHERN KLAMATH COUNTY NORTH OF CHEMULT AND A SNOW
ADVISORY FOR THE SOUTH CENTRAL OREGON CASCADES. WILL ALSO TRIM SOME
POPS ALONG THE COAST WITH THE OFFSHORE FLOW AND LOWER A FEW TEMPS.
