FORECAST CONCERN IS POTENTIAL FOR SVR WX OVERNIGHT. SUPERCELLS OVER
SE SD/NW IA MOVING A BIT TO RIGHT OF MEAN FLOW AND OTHER CONVECTION
WEST OF FSD MOVING MORE NE TOWARD WEST CENTRAL MN. CONVECTION N OF
SUPERCELLS STILL WEAKENING SOME AS IT MOVES TOWARD SOUTH CENTRAL AND
EAST CENTRAL MN. 700 MB TEMPS AROUND 15C AT KOMA WHICH IS A LITTLE
WARMER THAN FORECAST BY ETA. RUC SEEMS TO HAVE CAUGHT ON TO THIS
THOUGH AND PUSHES 12 ISOTHERM TOWARD KFSD BY MORNING. RUC DOES SEEM
TO WANT TO PUSH 850 THETA E RIDGE NE INTO CENTRAL MN WITH POCKET OF
MOISTURE CONV AS LOW LEVEL JET INCREASES. IT THIS DOES OCCUR THINK
THERE WILL SOME ELEVATED STORMS WITH HAIL DEVELOPING INTO AREA. SOME
CHANCE THAT THE SUPERCELLS WILL FOLLOW A PATH MORE ALONG THE 850-300
THICKNESS LINES ALONG IA/MN BORDER. THERE IS MORE CONVECTION FORMING
IN NORTH CENTRAL IA ESE OF SUPERCELLS. WILL MENTION SOME HEAVY RAIN
IN ADDITION TO SVR  OVER PARTS OF PARTS OF SOUTH CENTRAL JUST IN
CASE.
