ALONG SURFACE TROUGH AXIS...AND THERE IS A GOOD DEAL OF LOW LEVEL
MOISTURE CONVERGENCE THAT WILL HELP THIS ACTIVITY STRENGTHEN AND
BUILD SOUTHWARD AND EASTWARD ACROSS CWA THIS EVENING.  850 MB
THETA-E AXIS RIDGE PASSES ACROSS CWA THIS EVENING ON ETA 12Z MODEL
RUN AND THERE IS GOOD THICKNESS DIFFLUENCE ACROSS THIS FEATURE SO
THERE IS LITTLE REASON TO FIGHT MID RANGED POPS FROM MOS. ALSO...THE
JET FORECAST SHOWS RIGHT REAR QUAD INDUCED DIVERGENCE AT 300/250 MB
LEVELS.

FOLLOWING THE CONVECTION TONIGHT...A STRONG COOL DOWN IS INDICATED
THROUGH THE WEEKEND AS 540 THICKNESS LINE PUSHES TO JUST NORTH OF
LAKE SUPERIOR BY LATE FRIDAY.  PLEASANT DRY WEATHER INDICATED FOR
EXTENDED AS COOL AIRMASS SETTLES SOUTHWARD INTO OHIO VALLEY EARLY
NEXT WEEK.
