A LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM NORTH OF KAUAI WILL CONTINUE TO DRAW HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS UP OVER THE STATE AT LEAST THROUGH FRIDAY. DISCUSSION...HEAVY SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUE TO MOVE OR FORM OVER ALMOST ALL OF THE ISLANDS.
