Lightning caused numerous power outages during the night in Dededo, Macheche and Barrigada Heights. Service to most villages was restored within 30 minutes to an hour.

THIS COMBINATION IS ENHANCING UPWARD MOTION IN THE REGION AND PRODUCING EXTENSIVE CONVECTIVE CLOUDINESS SOUTH OF 10N...AFFECTING ALL ISLAND LOCATIONS. CONVERGENCE OF LOW LEVEL SOUTHERLY AND EASTERLY WINDS IS PRODUCING AN AREA OF NUMEROUS SHOWERS AND SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS BOUNDED BY A LINE FROM 1N132E TO 9N132E TO 12N140E TO 10N144E TO 1N140E BACK TO 1N132E...AFFECTING YAP AND PALAU. THE UPPER LOW NEAR 18N144E IS PRODUCING A WIDE AREA OF SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS BOUNDED BY A LINE FROM 12N138E TO 21N157E TO 15N157E TO 10N150E BACK TO 12N138E. THIS AREA INCLUDES GUAM AND THE NORTHERN MARIANA ISLANDS.
