IN ACROSS THE SOUTH WHERE WEAK ANTICYCLONIC VORT VALUES RESIDE...SO
WHAT LITTLE SYNOPTIC SCALE SUPPRESSION IS LEFT ACROSS THE SOUTH WILL
BE DONE FOR BY LATE AFTERNOON WITH NOTHING BUT POS VORT VALUES TO
THE NORTH. 15Z KMXR RAOB SHOWED 1.5" PWAT (UP FROM 10Z) & IMPRESSIVE
H85-H55 LAPSE RATES...ALBEIT STILL WARM AT H50. GIVEN THE IMPENDING
LATE SEA BREEZE COLLISION AND BETTER SYNOPTIC SCALE CONDS...WILL
KEEP DECENT SCATTERED POPS FOR EARLY EVENING BOTH COASTAL AND INLAND.

MON/TUE...H50 CYCLONIC SHEAR AXIS DAWDLES OVER THE STATE MON BEFORE
THE RIDGE TO THE NORTH LINKS UP WITH THE ATLC SUBTROP RIDGE TUE AND
BUILDS WWD ACROSS FL. THIS IN TURN SHOVES THE SHEAR AXIS BACK NW-WD
AND OUT OF THE PENIN. AT THE LOWER LEVELS...WEAK PRES TROUGH WASHES
OUT WITH RISING PRES TO THE NORTH/EAST. THIS WILL EFFECTIVELY END
THE IMPEDANCE OF THE ECSB FROM PROGRESSING INTO WESTERN FLORIDA.
WHILE STILL GOING WITH SCT POPS THROUGHOUT TREND WILL BE TO LOWER
POPS 10% TUE COMPARED TO MON...AND KEEP THEM 10% HIGHER INLAND VERSUS
ALONG THE COAST. BY TUE NIGHT WILL ALSO NEED TO KEEP NOCTURNAL POPS
FOR COASTAL SHOWERS MOVING ONSHORE...ALTHOUGH THERE IS SOME DEBATE
BTWN THE ETA/AVN AS TO THE STRENGTH OF THE SFC-H85 FLOW. WITH THE
ETA QUITE A BIT WEAKER...WILL ONLY GO WITH 20 FOR NOW.

EXTENDED...MRF CONTINUES TO CARVE OUT HEALTHY TROUGH OVER THE
GRETA LAKES/OH VALLEY BY NEXT WEEKEND. APPEARS THAT THU/FRI WILL BE
GRADUAL TRANSITION DAYS TOWARD RETURN TO SW FLOW FOR THE WEEKEND.
WILL MAINTAIN CONTINUITY OF THE EFP.
