HIGH PRESSURE TO EAST REMAINS THE DOMINANT WEATHER FEATURE IN ARKANSAS. AS WAS THE CASE ON TUESDAY...ISOLATED SHOWERS OR THUNDERSHOWERS MAY POP UP DURING THE HEAT OF THE AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY. HOWEVER...HIGH PRESSURE WILL KEEP MOST AREAS DRY. COLD FRONT WILL PUSH INTO STATE FROM NORTH AND WEST BY SATURDAY/SUNDAY. MOISTURE NOT EXACTLY ABUNDANT BY THE TIME THE FRONT ARRIVES...BUT ENOUGH FOR SCATTERED SHOWERS/THUNDERSTORMS ALONG AND AHEAD OF FRONT. TEMPERATURES WILL CONTINUE TO RUN A BIT ABOVE NORMAL THIS WEEK.
