Over 5 inches of rain washed a culvert completely out of the ground and damaged a newly constructed portion of Arkansas Highway 10 about 2.5 miles east of Danville. Creeks also rose to near bankfull in the area, and threatened a few homes.

BEGIN TO SINK SOUTH TONIGHT AND SUNDAY. MODELS AGREE PRETTY WELL ON
THIS H50 SCENARIO. THIS WILL TAKE MUCH OF THE DEEPER MOISTURE SOUTH
WITH IT...SO RAIN CHANCES WILL BE DECREASING AS TIME GOES ON FROM
NORTH TO SOUTH. WILL GO WITH SCATTERED TO LIKELY POPS TODAY OVER
CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN ZONES. PW VALUES WAY UP THERE...SO COULD BE
LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN IN THE STRONGER CELLS. DO NOT THINK THE NORTH
WILL SEE MUCH ACTIVITY...BUT WILL NOT REMOVE POPS COMPLETELY...WILL
LIKELY GO WITH 20-30%.

SOUTHERN ZONES. WILL HALF STEP CENTRAL AND NORTH BACK TO ABOUT 20
