A late spring snowstorm blew into Northern Utah, with strong winds, snow and plummeting temperatures. Most of the heavy snow fell in the mountains, but many valley locations pick up 1-3 inches.

A late spring snowstorm blew into Northern Utah, with strong winds, snow and plummeting temperatures. Most of the heavy snow fell in the mountains, but many valley locations pick up 1-3 inches. Some of the higher snowfall totals included 20 inches at Alta, 14 inches in Silver Fork, 12 inches at Chalk Creek, Monte Cristo and Snowbird, and 11 inches in Woodland.
