A slow moving thunderstorm dropped heavy rain over Moab, UT. resulting in minor flooding of streets and creeks in and around Moab. Portions of highway 191 near 400 East Street were covered in red sand and mud. The Utah Highway Department of Transportation cleared the road of the debris after the storm had moved through the area.
