The Frio County Sheriff reported severe winds gusts that struck his car as he was traveling just east of Derby. He estimated that that gusts were nearly 80 mph and had almost overturned the car.

The Frio County Sheriff reported severe winds gusts that struck his car as he was traveling just east of Derby. He estimated that that gusts were nearly 80 mph and had almost overturned the car. Minor damage was reported to roofs in the Dilley area as well by the strong winds.
