Heavy thunderstorm rains caused flooding throughout Delaware county. Highway 412 to the west of West Siloam Springs was flooded as were the streets in the city of Jay. The bulk of the damage occured to rural roads and bridges.

Heavy thunderstorm rains including 3.90 inches at Marble City caused widespread flooding of rural roads around Sequoyah county. The flooding washed out a few gravel roads and damaged some bridges. A few of the major roads closed included Highway 141 near Gans and Highway 64B 2 miles north of Muldrow.

Heavy thunderstorm rains caused numerous rural roads around the county to be flooded. The flooding caused substantial damage to gravel roads and bridges. One of the major roads which was flooded was Highway 82 north of Tahlequah. Street flooding was also reported in Tahlequah. In addition to the flooding or roads, one mobile home was flooded just east of Tahlequah.

Heavy thunderstorm rains caused flooding of numerous rural roads. One of the major roads which were flooded was Highway 62 between Westville and Proctor. The flooding did substantial damage to gravel roads and bridges. The rising water in streams also flooded a few homes in Proctor and Chewey. Three homes were also flooded near where Shell Branch Creek flows into Baron Fork Creek.

Up to 7 inches of rain fell in places across Muskogee county including 3.75 inches in the city of Muskogee. This rain caused numerous roads to be flooded including some city street in Muskogee and Highway 82 near Council Hill. The rain also caused Coody Creek in Muskogee to flood ten homes in The Meadows subdivision.
