Thunderstorms dumped one to two inches of rain on already saturated ground causing Killbuck Creek to go into flood early on the 4th. The creek crested at 16.5 feet during the afternoon of the 4th. Flooding occurred mainly in low lying areas along the creek, but several roads including State Route 60 had to be closed.
