Heavy rains form thunderstorms produced minor flooding which closed portions of State Route 145 west of Lewisville.
Heavy rains from thunderstorms produced flooding at several locations across the County. Slope Creek rose out of its banks, forcing the closure of State Route 800 from just south of Somerton to the Monroe County line. Along this stretch of State Route 800, a woman had to be rescued from her car when it stalled in around 2 feet of water. Street flooding was also reported in the Aetnaville neighborhood of Bridgeport. In Shadyside, minor flooding was reported at the Shadyside Marina.
Short Creek overflowed its banks from heavy thunderstorm rains, producing minor flooding along portions of County Road 1615 near Rayland.
