Heavy rainfall of the three to five inches in less than two hours caused localized urban flooding from Odessa in Pasco county southeast to Temple Terrace in Hillsborough county. A few vehicles incurred water damage from the urban flooding at low-lying intersections, mainly in northern Hillsborough county.
