Slow-moving thunderstorms dumped up to four inches of rain within a two-hour period. Minor flooding was reported at the Burlington Coat Factory store in the Tallahassee Mall and in poor drainage areas throughout the city. Reported by Tallahassee Police and the Florida EOC.
