Numerous trees and power lines were knocked down throughout the county. Near Scottsboro, a woman suffered minor injuries when a Bradford Pear tree broke and fell on her as she walked from her house to her car. Several locations reported roads blocked by fallen trees, and many customers were without power for several hours.
