Numerous roads were flooded throughout Limestone County. One bridge was washed out near the Lester Community and a few others were closed. A few roads were also washed completely out. Several area businesses were flooded. Radar and newspaper estimates indicated that the area received two to five inches of rainfall on already saturated ground. Many area rivers and creeks were high which added to the runoff problems.
