Numerous roads were flooded across Blount County and were temporarily impassible. A mud slide hit Swann Bridge Road, near Cleveland, during the heavy rain and debris blocked the road. Doppler radar indicated one to three inches of rainfall in a short period of time. This rain fell on already saturated ground.
