Near Duchesne, 1.05 inches of rain fell in 30 minutes, producing flash flooding. Water ran over the south bound lanes of State Route 191 just southwest of Duchesne.
Heavy rains in the Henry Mountains caused the Bull Creek to overflow its banks near Hanksville. Some basements were flooded near the creek, and even the Mayor's yard on the south end of town got flooded.
