Five to 9 inches of rain fell over parts of Harrison county from Friday 8/6/99 into Saturday morning 8/7/99. The heavy rain caused street flooding in Missouri Valley and other towns in Harrison county and also washed the dirt from underneath railroad tracks near Missouri Valley.
