Lightning was blamed for a blaze which partially damaged a hog confinement building. Lightning struck the building and blew a hole in the propane gas line, igniting the fire. Approximately 50 feet on the south side of the building was damaged while some sheeting on the roof buckled under the intense heat from the blaze. The building housed 500 hogs, none of which were injured or killed.
