Daytime heating combined with favorable upper level winds produced showers and thunderstorms across the island of Guam. Winds were light so the movement of showers was slow which resulted in localized flooding.
Deaths and injuries are direct and indirect together, as the offices filed them. Damage is property and crops in the dollars of the year, not adjusted for inflation, and only where an office estimated it.

Rainfall recorded at the National Weather Service Office at Tiyan between 1000 and 1600 was 1.09 inches with an additional 0.62 of an inch falling between 1600 and 1900.
