A frontal boundary across southern Canada triggered late afternoon and evening thunderstorms across northern Vermont on Monday, March 30. A few thunderstorms were accomapnied by strong winds and hail.In the Vermont town of Orleans, strong thunderstorm winds damaged the roof of a barn around 610 pm. Small hail was also reported. In the Vermont towns of Barton and Glover hail was reported between 1/4 and 1/2 inch in diameter.
