A cluster of small cells formed in Pecos County moving to the east. One of the cell produced microburst winds that turned over a diesel tanker truck and down utility lines.
The Fort Stockton cluster continued to move to the east and took the roof off one mobile home, damaged the walls of another mobile home, and damaged a barn in the Bakersfield Valley community.
The north end of the Bakersfield valley cluster sent 60 mph outflow winds into extreme southern Upton County.
