Coordinates: 43.193, -117.623 (the zone’s center; the record gives no point)

Scattered heavy rain showers and thunderstorms over south east Oregon produced small stream flooding in Malheur County. Flooding was reported on Cow Creek and Jordan Creek. Three homes had to be sand bagged to protect them against rising waters on Jordan Creek. A section of Highway 95 west of Jordan Valley had water covering the road when a creek overflowed it's bank.
