Tornado in Ohio, June 27, 1998
A weak F1 tornado with winds estimated at 80 MPH left a path of toppled and snapped trees as it touched down near the radio station WHIZ just southeast of Zanesville and moved to the southeast. The only property damage was to an old wood garage that was completely destroyed.
