Heavy rainfall on the 7th and 8th caused the Ohio Brush Creek at West Union to rise out of its banks. The river crested around 17.7 feet at 330 am EST on the 8th causing lowland flooding and some flooding along State routes 348, 32, and 41. Flood stage is 15.0 feet.
