Strong winds tore all or most of the roof off a house, a mobile home, and two businesses. An automobile shop also lost a wall and two bay doors. Windows were shattered on many other homes and businesses. Numerous large trees and tree limbs were knocked down as well. The strong winds downed 14 utility poles extending from just north of Marysville to near Blue Rapids.
