A tornado travelled from the northeast edge of Home, KS to Beattie, KS damaging or destroying a variety of farm machinery and buildings, including 4 brick silos. A mobile home was pushed off it's foundation along with most of its roof being peeled off.

A tornado travelled from the northeast edge of Home, KS to Beattie, KS damaging or destroying a variety of farm machinery and buildings, including 4 brick silos. A mobile home was pushed off it's foundation along with most of its roof being peeled off. Airborne debris shattered windows and stripped off shingles on several houses. Two vehicles were pushed into each other and severely damaged. Strong winds associated with the tornado also downed numerous power poles, large trees and large limbs.
