U.S. Highway 45 and Illinois Route 161 both had water across them. In particular, U.S. 45 was flooded between Cisne and Geff, and Route 161 had water problems about a mile west of Johnsonville. Rainfall estimates across northwest Wayne County were between 2 and 4 inches in several hours.
