A tornado touched down near the Valley View subdivision along FL 183 about four miles northeast of De Funiak Springs. The tornado lifted the roof of a residence and neighboring shed, and pulverized a pump house. Debris was strewn across the highway and over adjacent timberland.

An F1 tornado touched down in West Bay. The tornado damaged the West Bay Holiness Community Church off CR 388. The church's roof was lifted off and its steeple toppled. The tornado skipped northward across FL 79 and Vinson Rd, north of the Woodville subdivision where several large trees were uprooted. A woman was injured by flying glass when the tornado demolished the roof of her home and blew in a window and glass door.
