Six to eight inches of heavy rain in less than three hours caused localized flooding of roadways and low lying areas from Clearwater to Dunedin. A few vehicles incurred water damage in the Doral Village mobile home park and the Meese Dunedin Hospital suffered minor damage from the floodwaters.
