The Yavapai County Emergency Services Manager reported that Black Canyon Creek was out of its banks and flooding low lying portions of Black Canyon City, including Marin Avenue. Doppler radar estimated 2.5 inches of rain fell in a one hour period across the upper basin area of Black Canyon Creek.
