Significant flooding developed on Caddo Lake in northeast Texas where several homes suffered flood damage. The flood waters were most pronounced in the area of Caddo Lake below the confluences of the Big, Little, and Black Cypress Bayous. Thirty homes , several camps, and secondary roadways were flooded in and around Uncertain, Texas. The Caddo Lake flooding was the fifth highest crest of record on the Black Cypress Bayou.
