Heavy rains fell over an area from San Angelo to Grape Creek. Three inches of rain was measured at Grape Creek while 2.75 inches of rain fell in downtown San Angelo. Chadbourne and Pulliam streets were under three feet of water and serious flooding also occurred on Concho Street.
