Whitley Creek flooded near Kirby and the flood waters covered parts of Route 19. Hoovers Run Road near Brave was flooded when Hoovers Run went out of its banks. Stewart Run near Oak Forest went out of its banks. Some basements were flooded. Numerous roads were closed in the western part of the county and a few evacuations were ordered.
