A thunderstorm cell became severe along the Delaware river and moved through southern portions of the county. The storm briefly produced isolated wind damage before weakening. At around 920 pm EDT, large trees and power lines were blown down in the town of Colchester.
A cluster of thunderstorms became severe over Sullivan county and produced scattered wind damage across northern sections of the county. At 925 pm EDT, trees and wires were downed in the town of Shandelee. The storm then moved east and blew down more large trees and power lines in the Fallsburgh and Woodbourne areas.
