Little or no damage was reported throughout much of the lifetime of this tornado. The only report of damage came near the end of the tornado as it crossed interstate 80 near Durant, Iowa. The tornado struck one of three semi trucks which were carring mobile homes. One semi had its mobile home torn off the truck and smashed to the ground while the semi and two other semi trucks and their mobile homes went undamaged.
