Heavy rain of three to five inches in two hours caused localized street flooding along U.S. Highway 19 from Tarpon Springs north to the Pinellas-Pasco county line. The hardest hit area was near the intersections of Bellair Road, Drew Street and U.S. Highway 19 where up to eight vehicles stalled in the rising rainwater.
