BY 1845 PM APPROX TWELVE INCHES OF RAIN HAD FALLEN OVER THIS AREAS WITH WIDESPREAD AREAS OF 5 TO 10 INCHES OF RAIN.DAMAGE UNKNOWN. CANALS OVERFLOWED. WATER LEVELS ENTEREDBUILDINGS AND NUMEROUS STALLED VEHICLES IN WATER.
