Severe thunderstorm winds uprooted a 2.5 foot diameter tree in west Duncan. A section of power lines near Simmons Center in Duncan was snapped, cutting power to several neighborhoods and the hospital. Also in west Duncan, a back porch roof was destroyed and portions of it were blown into the front yard. Portions of the house's front porch, chimney, and privacy fence were also damaged.
