Some small streams, went out of their banks, flooding some roads and a few basements, in Adena and Dillionvale. Substantial damage occurred to Jug Run Road, just northeast of Dillonvale. Part of the road was washed away. A bridge and some trees were also swept into the creek. Some basements in the area were also flooded.In Wells Township, Salt Run went out of its banks and covered Salt Run Road with up to 6 feet of water. As much as half of the pavement in a few spots was eroded.
