Twenty-four hour rainfall totals between 1.50 and 3 inches were widespread through Columbiana County. Several roads were under water, especially in the northern part of the county. Route 154 east of Lisbon, near Elkton, was closed due to water rising out of the banks of the Middle Fork Little Beaver Creek. Salem reported 3.00 inches, Crestview 2.40 inches, and West Point 1.44 inches in twenty-four hours.
