Lightning struck a garage and traveled down a metal brace for the garage door. A man sitting on a metal bucket at the time was leaning against the brace. The bolt entered his body through his back. The force of this threw him forward into the garage and onto the floor. He was hospitalized and spent the night in the ICU and then was released the next day.
